The main house is 792 Sq ft with 2 bed, 1 bath. There is also a second permitted unit that is a 1 bed/1bath and I don’t have the square footage, but could measure when we get in there to get a total SF. Both places are rented and are month-to-month. I haven’t been inside the house. She called me to look at listing it and I also talked to her about see what a cash offer looked like as well.
