It is an older woman, and her adult special needs son that have lived in the house together for a while. Neither are really able of living on their own (or with each other) anymore. The house needs some updating, and some typical flip type repairs (new toilets, vanities, broken doors), along with flooring, painting, fixtures, etc. From what I can tell it is mostly a cosmetic fixer. The HVAC is supposedly newer (within the past 2 years).
