Great building with some good amenities. The unit has tenants in their paying higher market rent. The owner wasn’t thinking about selling up until we had a conversation last week and wanted a “highest and best” offer before continuing any other conversations. Wasn’t initially willing to give me photos and mentioned to do my own due diligence, and wasn’t open to an in-person since it is not owner-occupied. The tenant lease is “well under a year at this point.” Let’s see something on paper and we can start talking more about some nitty details
