This home needs a complete remodel… The owners father recently passed and he had been living there for the past 7 years without much help or assistance. Beyond cosmetics, there are some issues, the master bathroom plumbing is in disrepair, the kitchen is worn, original windows, broken glass slider, the interior/exterior paint and carpet are all worn and tired. The roof is at the end of it’s life… the garage door/opener is compromised, there is about $8k worth of termite in addition to the front door frame which is damaged.
