I met with 3 siblings (2 sisters and a brother), they mentioned another sister. They also indicated the house goes to only 2 of the sisters. The house is dated of course. There was a wood deck on the top portion of the backyard (there’s 2 levels). That deck wood was rotted so they removed it. They did not mention anything not working in the house. They indicated there may be some square footage added, like the laundry room. There are 2 exterior rooms it seems on the back of the house. One looks like an enclosed sunroom, one looks like a makeshift storage area. The house is elevated from the street versus the other side of the street, which I belive is a bonus. It could have great views with a second story!
