I’ve been to the property but it was years ago. Essentially, the bathrooms and kitchen have not been updated since purchased. I met with the owners a month ago about selling but they know they need to do some updates to get the most money. The unit is on the second floor but one level. I think if they get an offer for selling as is, without prep, that could make them sell it as is.
