This project was originally meant to renovate/some rebuilding and then to sell however the developers ran out of money. It is currently set to auction on the 26th but the current owner is trying to push this date. He wants $4 million and owes $2,950,000 with the first and the 2nd. They presume 6-8 weeks for completion and an ARV of $6.2 million. There are also investors to pay out and commissions. I am with Rick Dergan’s team.
