Home is in a great location – I actually live not too far from this home. If one was to come in and redesign the inside, somehow make the 4 car garage living space….add garages on the back end of the house – this home would sell for a lot more. Opportunity to build ~ 2000 Sq ft ( 1200 sq. ft. as 2nd dwelling & an additional ~800 sq. ft. studio unit) buyer would need to verify with town. If looking at video – if your 1 minute and 30 seconds into it – you can see the area you can build.
