This has been a rental for almost ten years. Property was upgraded a year before being tenant occupied (was owner occupied previously. Tenants have taken good care of the place. I’ve made typical plumbing repairs as needed. Some minor roof damage a couple years ago in bad wind and rain (shingles blew off porch). Tenants are about to vacate and owner wants a quick sale, but wants 700k. I don’t think it would take much to make it showroom ready to get 775k.
