Older home, roof seems fine, could use paint inside and out and new flooring. No central AC. Backyard is mostly slope but has a smalll yard and patio. Patio cover needs to be redone. 2 car detached garage needs a new garage door. Backyard is overgrown and needs landscaping. Driveway is asphalt and has some buckling seemingly from a tree root. Hall bathroom was redone a couple of years ago. Master bathroom is original and has no sink currently. Master bedroom has no flooring and appears to have some cracks in the cement floor.
